The principle of BlueLife services from HSS
A disaster is an event that must be understood in its entirety. Understanding the origins and responding to it. Managing the event that occurs and its human, material, and environmental consequences.
The foundation offers a solution to manage and recover from the disaster and to enable the recovery and emergence of a new economy.
The foundation proposes to develop the Blue Life services from HSS (Human Security and Survival system).
The objective is to develop services for citizens that integrate all types of disasters, epidemics, floods, nuclear, weather, etc., and that offer interaction based on the location and the specific situation, depending on the type of disaster.
How do we experience a disaster that is happening, how can we avoid it?
Where should we go?
For each type of disaster, there is a module, a way to manage it, each module will create a dynamic map that shows the evolution of the disaster, thanks to their geolocation, citizens will be alerted to avoid it and will receive the necessary information anonymously.
Mutual aid is at the heart of the project, the application will offer an emergency button, used to alert when one is in great danger, in extreme urgency.
This function then allows to alert people ready to help, close individuals to act, they will receive the exact location. This function would be used for floods, for fires, and even in everyday life situations.
