Application Life with Corona:

Objectives:

  • To provide citizens with visibility through a concentration map of the “sick”.
  • To allow citizens to participate in a mutual aid project anonymously by declaring that they are simply “sick”.
  • To enable the calm restart of the economy.

Humanity, the environment, and kindness are at the heart of this proposal. Life with Corona constitutes a real-time density map of the virus across the territory. In this sense, it therefore allows for genuine prevention (people are warned before coming into contact with a potential infected location). Avoiding areas then generates a dynamic and natural confinement. Indeed, if they live in a contaminated area, citizens will naturally observe a self-imposed confinement to avoid contracting the virus.

With this mutual aid project, everyone is free, management is natural.

The project consists of dynamically building an accurate map of the situation and generating avoidance zones based on where the concentration of the virus is higher, this through a mobile application offered to citizens.

The Life with Corona application will identify a cloud according to the following criteria:

  • Person with the COVID-19 virus.
  • Person who has symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Healthy person.

For its operation, the application will request the activation of the phone's geolocation from sick users and will create a cloud without allowing the person to be traced. This identification will provide access to the avoidance map based on the lifespan of the virus and will propose a model of the evolution of the situation..

The person will be alerted based on their position regarding the evolution of concentrations.

A guarantee of transparency.


  • The private data and the anonymous nature transmitted via the application is guaranteed.

  • The foundation, devoid of public or private interests, is the guarantor of the data.

The management of privacy is the most important point. The application is made available for citizen service.. Geolocation will never be used to communicate information that is not requested, nor to sell a profile or use it for purposes other than those originally intended. The geolocation will share information about contaminated zones (clouds) with other citizens without ever accessing their location data.

That is why the project is supported by an organisation like BlueWorld Foundation. As a Foundation, we are able to guarantee the strict confidentiality of the data on the geolocation of citizens even within the framework of funding from Life with Corona by a State. The information collected will always be done anonymously and personal data will be processed according to the requirements of the GDPR.

The HSS Life with Disaster solution is based on a European patent granted in August 2019, now deployed in 22 countries: HSS (Human Security and Survival system) and which encompasses the prevention of individuals in a geolocated manner in the event of a disaster.

Jean-Luc Rochet, inventor of this process and holder of the patent, has decided to donate a HSS Life with Corona license to the foundation. For over 10 years, this Civil Engineer Electrician has anticipated possible systemic crises and implemented technical solutions to improve the dissemination of information on a large scale.

Thanks to this, we have an effective, free solution at our disposal to curb COVID-19 and are ready to implement it on a territorial scale. This proposal is intended for any European country wishing to effectively combat the coronavirus.
